Find the clock hidden in Rheinturm’s lights

The lights on the Rheinturm are more than decoration: in Horst H. Baumann’s design, 39 illuminated portholes form a decimal clock. From a public spot along the Rhine, look for the rows of lights; if the clock is operating, compare it with your phone’s time and photograph the tower.
