The Twin Minaret Madrasa hosted more than lessons: after repairs under Murad IV, it served for a time as a cannon workshop. Compare the two sides of the portal: the eagle and leaves of the western tree-of-life panel are absent from its eastern counterpart. Photograph the difference from a permitted spot and record the building's changing roles.
